Questions
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
One month free for up to 5 users on the Control edition. No card needed. You get the Control edition with up to 5 users for one month. After day 30 the workspace becomes read only until you choose a plan, and your data is kept.
What is the difference between a Full seat and a Contributor seat?
Full seats are for people who build and run the controls: planners, project controls, cost and commercial staff. Contributor seats are for managers who approve items, update progress and risks, and answer variance reports. A Contributor seat costs about a third of a Full seat.
Are viewers really free?
Yes. Anyone who only reads reports and dashboards is a free viewer, with no limit on numbers. Subcontractors using the supply chain portal are free too.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 5 Full seats, on an annual plan. Contributor seats and viewers are on top. For more than 50 Full seats, talk to us about volume pricing.
How are prices billed?
Per seat per month, billed annually in advance, in pounds sterling. Prices exclude VAT.
When should I choose Control instead of Plan with add-ons?
If you need two or more of Cost, Risk and Commercial and NEC4, Control usually costs less than Plan with those add-ons. The calculator shows the comparison.
Why is Portfolio shown as from?
Portfolio covers the whole portfolio and often comes with a private install in your own Azure tenant, which is quoted. Talk to us and we will price it for your set-up.
Some features say Coming soon. Am I paying for them?
They are built and arrive with the next release, at no extra cost within your edition. Book a demo to see them early.
What about Primer for Fabric?
Primer for Fabric is a separate service: we install our P6 data warehouse and Power BI reports in your own Fabric tenant, with a perpetual licence. Foundations is a fixed price; Essentials and Enterprise are scoped with you.
Try it with your own team
Book a demo and we will show Primer on Oracle's P6 demo data, or on a schedule you send us. Or start a free trial: one month for up to 5 users on the Control edition, no card needed.
