About the demo

What is in the demo?

Your own private copy of Primer with sample projects, dated in 2026 and 2027, plus sample risk, cost, NEC4, controls and supply chain data. None of it is real client data. You can switch between two people, a planner and a commercial manager, so you can see how approvals work.

Can I use my own schedule?

Yes. Upload a P6 XER file of up to about 50 MB, up to 3 times in one demo. Other file types are not available in the demo.

What happens to my file?

Your file is stored only in your private demo space, is never shared with anyone, and is deleted when you end the demo or after 60 minutes without activity. Every record linked to it is deleted too. Backups age out at the end of their normal retention period.

How long does the demo last?

It closes after 60 minutes without activity, and after 4 hours at most. Press End demo at any time to delete it straight away.

Why do you need my work email?

So we can keep the demo for real teams and follow up if you want to know more. We only accept work email addresses, and we do not share your details. Ticking the box means you agree we may contact you about Primer.

What can I not do in the demo?

The demo does not connect to outside systems (Fabric, P6 EPPM or databases), send emails or invite other people. AI answers are limited. For all of that, start a free trial.

Can I keep my work?

Not yet. When the demo ends everything is deleted. To keep working, start a free trial: one month for up to 5 users on the Control edition, no card needed.
