How we look after your data
Your project data is commercially sensitive. Here is what we do to protect it, in plain words.
Each company kept apart
Every customer's data is held separately in the database, and every request is checked against the company it belongs to. One customer cannot see another's data.
Who can do what
Admin, planner and viewer roles are checked on every change. Sign in with your work Microsoft account.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Connection passwords and keys are encrypted when they are stored.
A full audit trail
Every change to data, users and connections is recorded, with who made it and when.
Separation of duties Coming soon
Nobody can approve their own estimate, budget transfer, forecast or payment certificate, admins included. This is checked on the server, not just on screen.
Where Primer runs
Primer Cloud is hosted by us as a managed service. A full install in your own Azure tenant Coming soon keeps everything inside your own cloud. Primer for Fabric already installs in your own Microsoft Fabric tenant.

Our promises
- We never use your data in screenshots, demos or marketing. Our pictures use Oracle's P6 demo data.
- We do not train AI models on your project data. AI answers are drafts, and nothing is saved without a person.
- We do not sell your data, or share it with anyone for their own use.
- If you leave, you can take your data with you, and we delete it when you ask.
Certifications and security questions
We will list independent certifications here as we gain them. If you have a security questionnaire, send it to us and we will answer it honestly.

If you think you have found a security problem, email aria@baseone.uk with "Security" in the subject. Please do not test against other customers' data.
