Who we are

This website is run by BaseOne, New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1NH. BaseOne is responsible for your personal data under UK data protection law. Contact us at aria@baseone.uk.

What we collect

• When you book a demo, ask for a trial or contact us: your name, work email, organisation, job title, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• When you use Try it now: your work email, your name if you give it, your agreement to be contacted, and the time. If you upload a schedule, see "Your demo file" below.
• When you visit: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. We use these to stop abuse of our forms.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, arrange your demo and set up your trial. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
• To contact you about Primer when you have agreed to it. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To keep the site and the demo safe from abuse.

Your demo file

Your file is stored only in your private demo space, is never shared with anyone, and is deleted when you end the demo or after 60 minutes without activity. The demo also has a hard limit of four hours. Deletion removes your private demo space, the file and every record linked to it. Backups age out at the end of their normal retention period. Your contact details are kept separately as a sales contact.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers. They only use your details to provide their service to us. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email aria@baseone.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
